CANCELLATIONS

The way we colour means we book a lot of time out of our columns for each appointment. Missed appointments mean loss in revenue. If an appointment is cancelled last minute and we do not have time to fill the slot we are wasting hours of our day not earning.

With our busiest time of the year approaching we wanted to remind you of our cancellation policy.

We require 48hrs to cancel an appointment with no charge.

Cancelling 24hrs before the appointment will incur a 50% charge.

Appointments cancelled on the day will incur a 100% charge.

We really do hate to enforce the policy but unfortunately we will with no exceptions.
